Permanent Staffing

Placement Fee is 10% of the placed candidate’s annual income package, which would include annual salary, 13th cheque, allowances and fringe benefits.

Due within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

 

Perm Guarantee

Clients will receive a 90 day Guarantee Period. Should the candidate leave your employ for any reason other than redundancy or job misrepresentation, you will receive a replacement candidate at no charge provided the fee is paid within 14 days once the candidate has started.

Should and employment decision be deferred, and the referred candidate be appointed by our client or associate within 12 months of referral, the standard fee and guarantee will apply.

 

Temporary / Contract Staffing

25% of the candidates monthly package to be invoiced weekly and due within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Vestimark Recruitment will be responsible for the full payroll and any HR or IR issues related to the candidate.

 

Temp Guarantee

Clients will receive a replacement candidate if the candidate is not suitable for the position.
Client must inform Vestimark Recruitment within 48 hours of candidate starting.
